Ok, you’re thinking it’s still January, so is this going to be yet another one of those get yourself in shape blogs that simply make you feel awful about we not having launched yourself off to a flying start this year? The simple answer, no, it's not!
Question… What do Stephen Hawking, Paralympians and Nelson Mandela all have in common? Answer… They have all made the decision not to be limited by any physical, emotional or psychological restraints.
When I say the word bully, what immediately springs to mind? Is it the school playground? Do you think of it as a childhood thing that only rears it’s head in our developing years? Well, I’m about to burst your bubble, bullying is alive and well and shows up in our adult lives as well.
What has prompted me to write a blog on confidence I wonder? Is it the fact that it comes up again and again with my coaching clients? Confidence is a common theme of our age, the lack of which, sees people being held back from showing their true potential and living their lives to the full.
