Seeing In the New Year Live on Radio London

Delighted to be live on Radio London seeing in the New Year. In a jam packed show we had alook back at our best loved moments of 2022 and mine was definitely the Lionesses bringing it home by winning the Euros. Not only was this an incredible achievement but it also firmly put women’s football on the map!

We also discussed what we wanted to achieve in 2023 and mine was to prioritise my health and well being. This is going to entail to including more gym days to go alongside my outdoor swimming which I love and do regularly. Rest and relaxation are also going to be a priority, can’t wait for this year to unfold!
